Louis P. Alexander, Jr.
Lou’s primary focus at Roth Bierman LLP
is in the areas of general business, healthcare transactions,
corporate formation and governance, finance and lending
matters, and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Roth Bierman LLP, Lou was a
member of a mid-sized law firm in Cleveland, Ohio,
with a concentration in bankruptcy, creditor’s
rights, and real estate law. Lou advised large
mortgage lending institutions with regard to all aspects
of collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters.
While in law school, Lou was a member of the
Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. He served as
a law clerk for an insurance defense litigation firm
in Cleveland, Ohio, and pursued a Masters in Business
Administration concurrently with his law degree. Lou
was honored with the American Bar Association Award
for Scholarly Writing in the area of Ohio Local Government
Law.
