Victor J. Bierman III
With a finance, sales and marketing background prior
to the practice of law, Victor brings 16 years of legal
and practical business experience to the firm. Victor
has expertise in many complex corporate, finance and
healthcare transactions and serves as the firm’s
managing partner.
Victor was a member of a large firm practice in Cleveland,
Ohio, for several years prior to joining the firm. The
focus of his practice is on acquisitions, divestitures,
business leasing, financing, debtor/creditor workouts
with a significant concentration in the healthcare industry. Victor’s
client activities involve representation of clients as
to a wide array of objectives and counseling clients
with respect to their operational, growth and acquisition
strategies. He is a well known professional in
Ohio’s healthcare industry and actively serves
as an Advisory Board Member of various business organizations.
For approximately seven years prior to the practice
of law, Victor was involved in private sector finance,
marketing and commercial real estate transactions and
he was the founder and principal owner/operator of an
extremely successful promotional marketing start-up company. He
was also the Inside Sales and Marketing Director for
a NASDAQ listed industrial safety supply products manufacturing
and Distribution Company, managing a multi-million dollar
annual sales and marketing division.
Victor is involved in volunteer community activities
and is an active coach for local youth sports. He
is a member of the American-Health Lawyers Association,
several bar associations, and is an active industry speaker.
