David N. Truman
David’s focus at Roth Bierman LLP is in the areas
of estate planning, litigation, and general business
matters.
David has experience in drafting wills, trusts, and
powers of attorney, as well as in motion practice, discovery,
and corporate formation and governance.
While in law school, David served as an Associate Editor
of the Akron Law Review, completed an externship with
the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Sixth Circuit, and competed in a national Moot
Court competition.
