J. Ryan Williams

Ryan’s focus at Roth Bierman LLP is in the areas of real estate transactions, healthcare transactions, finance and lending matters, and general practice matters.

Ryan has significant experience representing clients in all aspects of healthcare and general real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and management arrangements. In addition, Ryan frequently assists clients, both lenders and borrowers, with various financing transactions, including conventional and capital market term financing, working capital facilities, and public and private bond placements. Ryan also represents and counsels local and regional real estate investment firms on acquisitions and sales of Ohio-based apartment and multi-family housing complexes and condominium developments.

Ryan is an active volunteer with the Jewish Big Brothers and Big Sisters Association of Greater Cleveland and the North Olmsted Hot Stove Little League Baseball Organization.
