We assist fiduciaries in the preparation of probate documents, the preparation and coordination of estate, gift and income tax returns and the resolution of controversies between beneficiaries or with tax authorities. We represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in actions to contest or defend a decedent’s will, contest accounts, claims of self-dealing, breach of trust, conflict of interest and breach of fiduciary duty.
